Request Academic House Tour

• We generally offer academic house tours Monday-Saturday, from 11 AM to 5 PM. As a courtesy to the current tenants, we do not schedule tours prior to 11 AM or on the weekends. Appointments for weekend showings can be scheduled on a case by case basis.
• We require that at least one person from your renting party tours the house prior to submitting an application.
• Once you have toured a house you and your group wish to move forward with, an application must be submitted by each renter.
• Housing tours for the next academic year begin in September of the current year. The sooner you start looking, the greater the selection.
