Academic & Vacation Inventory Essentials

Kitchen

- Full set of matching dishware for however many your house sleeps (Sleeps 8? Have a matching set of dishware for 8+)
  - Full set of plastic dishware (plates, bowls, cups) recommended
- Full set of matching silverware
- Clean utensil holder for silverware
- Full set of matching glassware, coffee mugs, wine glasses
- Clean set of pots & pans
- Pot holders/trivets
- Clean set of matching mixing bowls
- At least two clean cookie sheets
- At least one cutting board
- Set of wooden spoons for cooking
- 1-2 of the following: spatula, ladle, whisk, potato peeler, pizza cutter, tongs, salad spoon & fork, wine key, can opener
- Toaster
- Coffee Makers – Drip AND Keurig
- Blender
- Lobster Pot & lobster crackers
- Colander
- Set of knives
- Microwave
- Set of CLEAN grill tools
- Additional Kitchen Supplies:
  - General Spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, cinnamon, sugar, etc.)
  - Cleaning supplies – Windex, toilet bowl cleaner, Pine-sol, kitchen trash bags, etc.
  - Vacuum, mop, broom with dust pan

Dining Room

A dining room table that seats as many as your house sleeps (if that is not possible due to space constraints, a table that at least seats 8 or tables with benches are great as well and also provide a large patio table as well.

Living Room/Area

Basic Furniture: Set of couches, coffee table, end tables, lamps, TV stand, area rug (recommended)
At least a 55″ Smart TV (mounting TV recommended)
- Working Remote
Cable/WiFi
Simple beach decor as you see fit (or see Summer Team for suggestions if needed)

Bathroom

Beachy shower curtain (if curtain is required)
Brand new plastic shower curtain liner
Iron and ironing board
Hair dryer

Bedrooms

- If your home does not have A/C, we highly recommended adding A/C window units to at least every bedroom
- At least one bed
  - Queens or Kings preferred
  - Fulls are not recommended unless the room cannot accommodate the larger sizes

- Every bed must have the following
  - Bed bug and waterproof mattress covers
  - Two pillows per bed
  - Beachy summer quilts/comforters

- At least one nightstand by bed
- Lamp on nightstand
- Dresser
- Wardrobe if there is no closet
- TV in each bedroom
- A few hangers in each closet
- Blinds on all windows
  - 2″ Premium Faux Wood Blinds recommended

Outdoor Patio/Deck (Summer Only)

- Patio table that seats as many as your house sleeps (or at least a minimum of 6-8 seats if your house sleeps more than 8)
- Patio table umbrella
- Gas grill
- Two FULL propane tanks for grill – one attached to the grill, the other right next to grill
